Events probability
Are all optional events probability preset before the game starts? or pure random after yo chose one.:lunar2019piginablanket:

I mean the result of a choice is failure or not is preset or not? like assassinating stalin with bureaucrat gunman.

No, they aren't, they are when the events are launched. However, the results will be fixed, so you can't save and reload and expect different results from my experience. So you'll need to restart the game.
