Bugs/Glitches
This discussion is for reporting bug and/or glitches caused by this shield mod.
Some thing to note:
1. Other shield mods are compatible, just don't wear more than one.
2. How to replicate/description of the problem is appreciated.
3. Logfiles are your and my best friend when solving problems.

Does it happen with any roid shield?
Asking because the "Love Thumper" is meant to have a 2+min long recharge delay.

I cant open the BL menu
the second I open it. it insta-closes
cant unequip my shield
My shield bar is above my head like I have one, yet I still take health damage.

I've tried killing myself, I have ONE chance to open the menu every death without it closing but nothing responses to my clicks.
I've tried using the Shield Card menu, which insta-closes as well.
I've tried unsub and resubbing without opening the game (does nothing)

I don't wanna restart.

But the second I go back into the game without the mod the issue returns

Latest update of the shield throws this error when a shield is attempting to generate:

when i open the bosses loot bags, all shields including unique ones are always tier 1.00, is this intentional?

Not intentional, but I haven't been able to fix it.
Alright, so I see you changed how certain shields calculate damage resistance.
I have found that certain shields give me 100% invulnerability and to all damage types and stop my character's energy from regenerating when worn. So far I have found this has affected:

The Rough Rider
The Antagonist
The Blockade

But possibly more.

On another note, my settings for the shield display are set up so that the shield only displays if damaged / not at full.

Once it reaches full shields, the display is supposed to hide.
Except now it appears to no longer do so, once reaching full, the display turns empty, as if I had a shield on but it was empty.

Did you use the "Shield uses Armor" slider from the previous version at 100%?
I'll also check the hiding of the animation.

I'm not certain, but I don't think I used the "Shield uses Armor" at 100%. But I don't know.

Well, I do have a different approach that should solve it, so I'll do that.
It's just that I used that value for the new damage resistance, so maybe some default value was kept.

think already mentioned in past but getting the sup bar or call monster supbar error like stream of it then stack error. so think its calling another mods shield bars or somthing. or like an event. thats ment to spawn monsters with shields instead of npcs and each event is bunch of monsters so each time this event triggers it bogs the stack or what ever and then crash.

Yeah, it probably is when it isn't present, the error itself is harmless, I've removed some other similar errors, but not that one.
