Question
When I tag switch to the USSR and tell them to recall all their ridiculous number of Volunteers from the Chinese countries, it doesn't seem to work. Any idea why? One of the things that really annoys me with the game is that the Soviets send up to 16 Divisions to China. Which really screws the Japan AI over.
