About the "Forced Handholding"
If this is similar to what happens in real life, at least there is some sort of consequence system, like the pawn who forces the handholding will receive some kind of permanent trait that makes the whole colony dislike and shun him along with some sort of notification, so we can arrest such pawn to be punished?

Can you add some kind of item to allow aggressive pawns to be pacified? (like love doll?)

You can stop an aggressive pawn by drafting him, but the effect is only temporary.
In my test run with the option on, only HH male got aggressive, but once they get into the aggressive mode (which means they do not solo and got to the frustrated state), they don't get out of it without creating a victim. I tried trapping them in a room, set solo to number 1 priority but still he will not solo it out. My only option then is to micro manage him, keep him in a constant caravan, banish him, or to execute him (or, of course, to turn the option off, but besides that).

Thought you might say that, but had to ask!
It would have made an interesting "bad person in the colony" setup. It's just that the consequence is so drastic that I can't let the "bad guy" loose and I hated the micromanaging.

But what if I am playing that kind of colony! What I should have forced hand holding raiders all mad at each other.
If he expands on the system it cant be as arbitrary as your suggestion.

in the uh... "other mod", the "other" version of forced handholding happened a lot with one of my pawns who became a "forced hand holding kind of guy" and he just kept doing it, so I removed his, uh... you know. Which solved the problem pretty well and he was only bummed out for about eight days. Would a similar thing solve the problem in this or would you have to literally remove their hands.

I am already a war criminal from Rimworld, a psychopathic organ harvester, a leg removing warden, and a raw insect meat feeding slave master, but this mod... it scares me.
