You can stop an aggressive pawn by drafting him, but the effect is only temporary.
In my test run with the option on, only HH male got aggressive, but once they get into the aggressive mode (which means they do not solo and got to the frustrated state), they don't get out of it without creating a victim. I tried trapping them in a room, set solo to number 1 priority but still he will not solo it out. My only option then is to micro manage him, keep him in a constant caravan, banish him, or to execute him (or, of course, to turn the option off, but besides that).

It would have made an interesting "bad person in the colony" setup. It's just that the consequence is so drastic that I can't let the "bad guy" loose and I hated the micromanaging.
