I was trying to get into Asset Editor and got similar errors regarding Harmony 2.2 from Rico Revisited 2.5 and Advanced Building Level Control 1.2.
Error:
(Rico Revisited 2.5)(Advanced Building Level Control 1.2) was unable to complete its required Harmony patches.
This means that the mod is not able to operate, and has shut down.
Possible causes of this problem include:

- The required Harmony 2 mod dependency was not installed
- An old and/or broken mod is preventing Harmony 2 from operating properly
- Another mod may be trying to apply a conflicting Harmony patch

What specifically can I do to fix this?
I have gotten the game loaded but have not tried to play it though it does not seem to have a problem since there were no errors. Before subscribing to Advanced Building Level Control 1.2 I was only getting errors for Rico Revisited 2.5 in the Asset Editor.
