I switched over to the experimental version. That stopped this error from showing up

unsub all mod. this is temporarily with new DLC this game will update your patch. and all old mod will not work

After latest update of the game, a lot of mods are not working right. Node controller, Network Multitool and Intersection Marking Tool all have become problematic. I hope there will be a fix coming, but for now it looks like my city has no longer any subways etc.
