Updated problem report: DNC - WW1 hard-scripts ruining the game.
War for Morocco in 1905 or no war for Morocco in 1905 (which is a thing that can happen and drag on for the rest of DNC and into WW1 even after Morocco capitulates and is replaced by a Democratic Morocco,) GERMANY ALWAYS TURNS DEMOCRATIC FOR NO REASON!

Hell, even if they win an early WW1, WIN as shown in the next screenshot, they still HAVE to turn Democratic and ruin the time-line!

This is getting on my nerves so badly because I've spent weeks, if not whole MONTHS in campaigns trying to course through DNC and cap it off in WW1 but no matter what, Germany just HAS to turn Democratic and ruin the whole time-line.
What commands can I use to prevent random stuff like this from ruining the whole experience?

Have you turned off scripted peace conferences?

Once before the DNC touch-up (Boxer overhaul.) Things did not look pretty like that either.
Is the Scripted Peace Conference content what's causing Germany to change even without war?

i think yes, because after my game of ww2, where i didn't capitulate and had scripted peace conferences on, i still became ussr's puppet and lost land

Guess we'll stick to the Toolpack mod to fix the jank. Recently figured out that exists, but it's still kind of sad how messy a game can get without the scripted peace.
