Somewhere to post Bug Reports, Please try to include as much relevent information as possible, including the version of RimWorld your using. (1.0, 1.1, etc).

Known Issues
Astartes have a negative food value - try increasing the size setting in the mods options

Combat Extended - Incompatible, No patch exists

Humanoid Alien Races & Prepare Carefully: this mod was not designed or intended to function with either Humanoid Alien Races or Prepare Carefully by the original author. it changes the race of the pawn when then take geneseed - this buggers up HAR races, it also means pawns given the organs directly via Prepare Carefully will Not function correctly - im afraid these issues are beyond me.

RJW - Female astartes get stuck in a loop of milking themselves.

Rim73: Organs do not appear - try disabling hediff optimization

Vanilla Expanded: In 1.4 one of the VE mods seems to be causing pawns to disappear after taking/being implanted by geneseed

when i have a pawn take geneseed it kills them, likely because it adds the nineteen organs and then removes them

Extended Human Body Simulation, EPOE, and harvest everything are the ones that come to mind after looking at my modlist, though said list is in that log report

aye it is, just you know your list, and im not familiar with alot of the mods on it, dont think its likely that EPOE or Harvest Everything are the culprits, since i have them active usually, would you mind testing without Extended Human Body Simulation?

did some more testing just now, used dev mode to spawn custodes geneseed and had a pawn take it. that didn't kill him. the geneseed obtained from butchering corpses is the one that i've tried multiple times and had it kill my pawns

yeah, it was the extended body sim thing. which is a shame because it lets you do things like add extra limbs and organs, or it did in 1.0

interesting, cause none of the organs its adds and removes are vital to the pawn, they regrow slowly over time, i wonder what they change that makes it fatal

can also speak to the ever increasing breathing. mousing over the breathing gives me a huge list of 'geneseed alterations' as the cause, ranging from neophyte to primarch

found the below in my log file when i was looking for something else. figured you might want to know
The ChemicalDef GeneSeed has no addictionHediff. Remove the ChemicalDef or add an addiction hediff. Otherwise this will cause random groups and raids to not spawn. This is a misconfiguration in [WarHammer 40k] GeneSeed.

Also, don't know if this is related or not, but there is an issue with an organ not showing up. It's the Progenoid gland, and it's not able to be added by Dev mode, and didn't spawn in normally. Think this may be causing a crash.
Consistently crashing on the 16 hour point.

I'm also getting this.

I'm seeing that on the breathing, but also getting it on social impact. I only have 1 in the colony right now, but his social impact is ~6,500%. I noticed when looking at the social tab and saw deep chat x 4: +2841, lol. I went into dev mode and looked at the health tab. When I turned on AllDiffs I saw that there is a geneseed alteration diff on (I think) every single body part. The ones that are primarch level have +100% social impact among other stats. I didn't see anything about breathing, though.

I also don't see the full 19, but I think some are just hidden. Like I don't see the black carapace listed, but it did show up at one point when it took damage in combat, then it was hidden again when healed. I see 15. I believe all 19 showed up as removed or cut off when the pawn first started taking the genseed

looks like its hospitality thats throwing the error, which would explain why ive never encountered it, ive added an addiction for geneseed for the next update

LOL, dem marinez can talk the hind legs off a squiggoth!
i think that must be either due to a change in the way that hediff modifiers are applied, since it didnt occur in 1.0 (at least the breath one, by all accounts didnt occur, i've not really ever used the mod myself, just updated it at the request of one of the guys in my discord)
