You don't have to worry too much. The jacket is actually fairly form fitting... You wouldn't think it but his overalls are actually quite bulky so this item dosen't go much further than his normal model. All hats should work fine. Many of the cool misc. items work well with minimal clipping.... I shouldn't say this but you'll know I'm honest, Badges are the one thing that will conflict with this item.

But for that I say "Badges! We don't need no Stinkin' Badges!"
