Ploppable RICO Revisited 2.5.6
Three Suggest
1. It should bring out the embedded language to use a .xml file in "Ploppable RICO Revisited\Locale" like 'Extra Landscaping Tools' mod does.
That's because that It's not all player want to see their nature language but english. And if use a .xml file, in fact player can translate by themself or help to improve language translation.

2. There is a function need to be upated that Ploppable RICO should add a 'Real-Time update' or 'A Reload Button for PloppableRICODefinition.xml of custom assets' for when you add new building with mod in-game or changed data of PloppableRICODefinition.xml of custom assets in-game.
For now, when you add new building (whatever from game or custom assets) or changed data with mod in-game, you need closed game and restart game. That's make crazy.

3. Ploppable RICO should add 'Level' filter for each building type.
For now, whatever your added building are 1 level or 3(5) level, they just all in the main building type label. So when add 'Level' filter, player can easy choose what level of building they want.

1. Will happen when I get some volunteers to add at least one more translation (already English and Chinese are in-mod; it's not worth the effort implementing separate locale files until there's more).

2. Wait for 2.0 to be released (probably within next 24 hours if final testing goes well).

3. 2.0 lists the level on each thumbnail; I'll consider adding a filter as well.

About why I suggest you separate the language to a locale files, that's because different translator got not same translation. So, for your this embedded chinese language, I have to say that I got hard to read that, the translation not good too much, and I want to see english, that's more accurate to let me to know and choose what I need to set in mod, but this chinese language let me hard to know.

Or, you can add a option for user to choose what language they want to use. Like Traffic Manager President Edition did.

For tested 2.0 version

1. About live update, when you added buildings, and it can't be removed in live (icon in type label). You just can only removed data from 'LocalRICOSettings.xml', and when you check the icon, it sill can building.

2. When you manual create a 'PloppableRICODefinition.xml' in asset folder, when you check the "Use Real Population" option, it got no work whatever enable or disable. Maybe "Realistic Population Revisited" need update some for 2.0 version. Or this is the problem of 2.0 version.

1. Noted thanks, will fix.
2. The Realistic Population option should only be controlled by users (people don't want asset creators deciding whether or not they should be using it for their asset), and so only works in 'Local settings' by design.

Maybe other bug, when you quickly plop residence building and delete them in a second, in 'Road In' of map edge, some change you will got all citizen in this ploped and deleted building stuck in side of road and nothing can do with that.

(By the way, can you just update this mod to use Harmony 2 for save water sources location when you loading a save. For now, each time after you loading, you need replace them. The issue with quickly plopping/deleting buildings sometimes stranding citizens is a base-game issue and not one I can do a lot about, I'm afraid.

I might take a look at that mod sometime in the future, but right now I've already got enough of a backlog, so it won't be soon.

And when "Real Time Offline" updated, this mod will make only ''Residence Building" sometime can plop and sometime cannot plop, sometime need to plop to residence zone of over lower level building.

(And your chinese post are correct.)

Good news: I've implemented a translation framework like the one you suggested, and it will be included in the upcoming 2.2 update.

The translation files can be found here[github.com]; if you'd like to take a look and update the Chinese one then I can include it in the official release.

1. There is a wrong usage of chinese translation ID, the "Specialized Industry Oil" used "Specialized Industry Ore" ID. And made those two icon show same tips when mouse hover.

"Specialized Industry Oil" ID is:
td id="LC63"

"Specialized Industry Ore" ID is:
td id="LC64"


2. Chinese text is beyond the display of buttons in 'Settings' window. And chinese text of "Use Realistic Polulation Mod" also beyond window edge and over checkbox.

3. The updated "Find It" will make when you check RICO icon will show "Find It" window and don't close the window check "Find It" icon will show you RICO window. This problem is after you use "Find It" and find something.

Issues 1 and 2 should now be fixed in 2.2.1. I haven't been able to reproduce 3 - please let me know if it's still there.

After Find it updated in June 19, this problem gone. I tested with 2.2 version and now 2.2.1, this problem gone even enable new function. And not sure if Find it keep updating, the problem will back or not.

And only text is beyond the display in drop-down menu.

Thanks for that. I've fixed the drop-down menu and it'll be included in the next update.

Also, in order to get 2.2.1 out quickly, I also used Google Translate to do translations of the new Options Panel items:
Increases game speed slightly but causes a delay in opening the panel: 提高遊戲速度,但會導致打開面板的延遲

Disable panel when not in use: 在不使用時禁用面板

As always, please let me know if they should be changed!
