2. Wait for 2.0 to be released (probably within next 24 hours if final testing goes well).

About why I suggest you separate the language to a locale files, that's because different translator got not same translation. So, for your this embedded chinese language, I have to say that I got hard to read that, the translation not good too much, and I want to see english, that's more accurate to let me to know and choose what I need to set in mod, but this chinese language let me hard to know.
Or, you can add a option for user to choose what language they want to use. Like Traffic Manager President Edition did.
1. About live update, when you added buildings, and it can't be removed in live (icon in type label). You just can only removed data from 'LocalRICOSettings.xml', and when you check the icon, it sill can building.
2. When you manual create a 'PloppableRICODefinition.xml' in asset folder, when you check the "Use Real Population" option, it got no work whatever enable or disable. Maybe "Realistic Population Revisited" need update some for 2.0 version. Or this is the problem of 2.0 version.
2. The Realistic Population option should only be controlled by users (people don't want asset creators deciding whether or not they should be using it for their asset), and so only works in 'Local settings' by design.
(By the way, can you just update this mod to use Harmony 2 for save water sources location when you loading a save. For now, each time after you loading, you need replace them. I might take a look at that mod sometime in the future, but right now I've already got enough of a backlog, so it won't be soon.
And when "Real Time Offline" updated, this mod will make only ''Residence Building" sometime can plop and sometime cannot plop, sometime need to plop to residence zone of over lower level building.

2. Chinese text is beyond the display of buttons in 'Settings' window. And chinese text of "Use Realistic Polulation Mod" also beyond window edge and over checkbox.
3. The updated "Find It" will make when you check RICO icon will show "Find It" window and don't close the window check "Find It" icon will show you RICO window. This problem is after you use "Find It" and find something.
