Prisoners and self-harm
So I've got two issues that I've run into while playing with the mod today.

The first and most obvious is that the self harm mental break may be interacting with Combat Extended in a really bad way. Namely that I just had a pawn go into self harm and cut both of his hands off entirely. Now I am not really a fan of this event in the first place so it would be nice to have the option to disable it both for personal taste and for CE users to avoid a sad event turning metal as hell.

My second issue is recruiting prisoners. When a pawn is a prisoner they have a -20 opinion towards the colony. When they are recruited that jumps up to a -40 against everyone in the colony which doesn't make a lick of sense. Your warden has just spent weeks or months convincing the prisoner that your colony is a good place to be. You've kept them fed, sheltered, health, and maybe even entertained. And the instant they join you they hate everyone forever. This also has the side effect of destroying any chance of them forming positive relationships in the colony and that basically removes half of the mod.
