Devastator Mortar Changes
Hi everyone,
In the code of the mod there are some textures for an as-yet unimplemented system for crafting a custom ammunition for the devastator mortar. I would like to get your thoughts on if I should implement this system, and what sorts of balancing it should use.
Thank you so much for all the support you've show me, and I look forward to your feedback.

Honestly if its feasible I would love to see the devastator treated as just a burst fire mortar. Meaning have shell packages or whatever that fire off a specific type. IE incendiary if you just need the whole map to burn down. Or firefoam if you need the whole map to not burn down.

It could be worth adding an option so users can decide whether or not it requires ammunition; don't know how complicated or not that would be to implement though.

I would like to have some kind of MIRV type weapon that can carpet-bomb an entire area. Different ammunition types based on the current types (EMP, explosive, incendiary). A different mortar that loads up to ten shells before firing would earn the 'devistator' name.
Moreso if we have 'devistator shells' that would... I don't know, slice dice and make jullien fries. Explosive, incendiary and EMP. All the bang for your buck!

I would prefer it to NOT require ammunition. If you decide to implement, please make it a toggle on or off so everyone can be happy. :)

Adding ammunition will solve at least one issue: Sometimes siege raids will try to build devastator mortars, which they cannot fire since they never build any power generators.

Some people say that when sieges occur, enemies don't build their devastator mortars even though there are blueprints laid out for it (i haven't seen a siege so far in my current game)

and what i've seen is that whenever i attack an enemy camp or settlement which has a devastator mortar connected to power, they don't use it

Could it be possible that when a siege occurs they either construct generators or bring regular mortars? and could you make it so that when im attackin their towns, they use their mortars?
