Probably because to make creatures are invincible to nonmyth mod attacks the myth dinos probably use a damagetype not childed from the base damagetype that ark uses so the game probably doesnt recognize the harvesting. Either that or its disabled because of how high the damage is it would crash the game with the amount of resources harvested per hit.
