Hi Fluffy! Here's something, if you have time to have a glance.

Two pawns stop working. This happens a few in-game days/or IRL hours of gametime apart. I don't have any Spatial Priority areas anywhere yet. I did, but I 'erased' the colored higher and lower priority areas using the normal priority, because I built over them.

I think one of the erased areas might overlap with a hi-tech research bench. If the problem is here, that might explain something about my researcher wandering around sometimes, until I reload the game.

The other occasionally bugged pawn is a constructor and crafter, none of the job targets should overlap the former priority zones.
