creating a final task

is it possible to make a certain static task to be locked until i complete all random generated task? for example lets say i only choose detain task option in mission generator and once i complete 5 detain task it will spawn a kill task

Sorry for the late response, I didn't get a notification. You can use gocodes to do that, see the readme in the mod folder for more info. In your case, maybe check against the gvar dmpVP.
