Putting a dead immortal in a coffin causes it to revive without the immortal health trait.
Found it out when I killed an immortal colonist and he was put into coffin.

Yeah I noticed that as well with the mass grave mod. Pretty much most graves that aren’t vanilla have some sort of issue like that. Like some that I’ve seen don’t allow the pawn to resurrect till you unbury them and they instantly come back
