Fix option Any Spell On Any Wand causing empty spawn level pools

Just a little update. Some bugfixes, some balance adjustments, one crash fix.

Add Advanced Compressed Spell spawns to spell shops at a low chance (1%)
Add champion type Heart Breaker projectile particle effects
Add champion type Revenge Cell Eater
Add champion type Rotate Towards
Add option Cleanup Useless VSCs
Add perk Intangibility Frames
Add spell Sequential spell
Change perk Barrage (adjustment damage multiplier to be a more simple 0.333x)
Change spell Burst First to support multiple projectile spells, replace spread with offset
Change spell Copyshot to actually copy each projectile (adds 3 shots for Triplicate for example)
Change spell Filter: Unique Shot (now skips cards if the filter fails instead of killing unique projectiles)
Change spell Formation - Trail to remove pattern degrees
Change spell Formation - Guard (+1 -> +10 seconds added lifetime, 0 -> +1s recharge time, 12 + 2 per -> 16 + 4 per radius)
Change spell Immediate (accepts any >0 execute_every_n_frame)
Change spell Impulse Shot spawn weighting (can show up a little earlier)
Change spell Return Shot (200 -> 150 return distance to make it more useful with healing bolt)
