Goki's Things [Abandoned]

Description
This mod is no longer being maintained and certain updates have made it generally not worth using. It will likely impact your gameplay experience in unexpected and unwanted ways.

If you wish to port any feature from this mod into another mod feel free, but it will receive no updates from me.

A collection of spells, perks, items, game modifiers, tweaks, fixes, loadouts, and compatibility features for Noita.

This mod contains an in-game config menu. Click the button found at the top right of the screen while in-game to open the configuration menu and use it to toggle options and custom content.

I highly recommend taking the time to tailor the mod to your liking. My intention is to offer a selection of options for the player to choose from, not for every option to be enabled. Every change this mod makes can be toggled on or off in the config menu.

t was a great mod, I call it cursed because it has inexplicably gotten less and less stable over time despite the fact it should still work about as well as it used to, the "Goki Curse" as it were, where this ancient mod inexplicably gets more unstable despite the fact the code doesn't seem like it would have issues on modern version.
Some functions have been deprecated and changed over the years, but even beyond that, its rate of destability is almost unnatural-

Hope that clears that up, I have always been a fan of Goki's Things, and it was with a heavy heart that I stopped using it cuz its instability lead to too many crashes for me to continue using it lmao

I don't think it's fair to call it a Cursed mod just because it's dead and buried.
That's a bit mean.

IT was a good mod for it's time.

Reminder that this mod is and has been abandoned for over 3.5 years, to be 4 year this december. This cursed mod has only gotten more unstable as time has gone on. Goki has long since moved on from Noita modding, so it is unlikely to see that change or see any more mods from him.
There is an upcoming sort of "successor" in the works named "Copi's Things" by Copi, but it is not yet available on the steam workshop (though it is downloadable off of GitHub). It currently has a lot of spells, some perks and p much no GUI, but it is actively worked on

I am looking for a mod that references the game "Escape from Tarkov". It would work as follows... Throughout the holy mountain, there would be a place where you could store spells or wands for the next match in case you died.

Would you be able to create this mod or something similar?
It would be awesome!

DOES conflict with modern mods now. Wish someone would adopt at least the perks from it.
I still regularily use this and it's still the single best and most useful mod in my collection.

Still working fine for me on update 2, no problem. You must have too many mods, good luck.

RIP goki things, wish someone would take over.

this mod is over 3 years untouched by the dev. it might work in some specific contexts but a lot of content is buggy and out of line with current design - it also conflicts heavily with existing mods. You might be fine running this alone, but I strongly discourage using it. 99% of the functionality can be replicated with other existing mods, and there is much more recent and actively developed content from other mods you can enjoy instead.
