Destroy corpse or prevent loot drops when a dino can revive

You can currently give the stone buff to a dinosaur that has desirable drops (mutton, element, whatever), kill it with friendly fire to harvest said drops, then revive it and repeat forever. Dinos that can revive should have no corpse drops to prevent farming their drops this way.

You can....
- Disable perpetual revival and then it costs a new stone each time.
- Change stone crafting costs.
- Black list certain dinos so they cannot use revival.
