The opinion malus is probably because of the historical accuracy as poland and hungary weren't on good standing in 1212 ad

yeah but for few years only really, just it's such a big malus, that it takes great deal of time to save enough money to change it (especially with 1tpy). -50 or even -75 I would understand, but -118? Too much imo. Also, I can't see dilemma event while playing Hungary (and I suppose player should). Negative relations also doesn't seem to make HUN aggressive against Lesser Poland (usually HUN visit Kraków neighborhood with 1,5 army strong, stay there for few turns in fort, and go back), nor Halych (and control over it is the reason of initial bad relations between HUN-POL).
