How to change difficulty?

I see on my wrist the difficulty is set to normal, but I cant seem to change it. I assume it's around when the game starts but I cant seem to figure out which button to press or how to do it?

Hey! Currently the startup menu (where you select the difficulty and other options) is disabled because of a bug that made player stuck on start, once it is fixed, you should be able to select the difficulty again, sorry for that!
