Bug: Prison labor area does not work
Prison labor area does not prevent colonists from working in zone. Colonists work in the area just like normal.

The Crafting tables when set to 'Prisoners only' works, but for mining and building regardless of the designated area prisoners and colonists both mine/build.

same. They construct, mine walls and mine quarry even though its set to prison area.

Getting the same issue. I removed every mod EXCEPT for Prison Labor to see if another mod was causing the issue, but even with only PL in the modlist, colonists would continue to mine in a set Prison Labor Area alongside the prisoner.

I'm glad its not just me, I spent a heap of time making a big prison and now its not working :/

Glad I am not the only one. Lets hope it gets fixed. A great mod without it but even better with :D

The mod disables every work type other than the defaults for what I assume is balancing purposes. It seems to default to disabled on work types that are added by mods too, but you can change the allowed work types in the mod settings


I have allowed the quarry work type, but the quarry in my prison area is labelled as "for colonist use" with no options to change that, so they just won't use it

Same problem here, and also my Prisioners don't work, they said they are hungry, but thats not truth, My colonist do the works for the prisioners.

For a quick temporary fix for the mod to all my fellow voluntold labor enthusiasts, I just checked all possible sources for the mod breaking and it seems to be yesterdays rimworld patch. As a temporary solution roll back the patch (rimworld->properties->betas->previous version).
this worked for me

I have a related issue, I can't find the option for the prison labour area at all. I assume it should be under zones?

Same here i select the prisioner zone, but my pawns are working there i temporary fixed with zones but this is tedius, anyone knows other fix or just wait that autor fix this ?¿¿??¿
