Dunno, personally I don't use this one.

Just use Locks 2 Instead
In my opinon, Prison Commons is better to use with this than Locks, no offense to Hazzer as PL and Locks are both great mods. Locks is just more tedious to manage, as you have to set the lock option for every door in your colony - it also allows raiders to open doors if you forgot to set them as locked. It also is rumored to cause a slight performance hit (again, no offense, I love the mod and am content with my TPS chugging along).

Prison Commons is simple, just build a table in a room you want prisoners to have access to, and set it as prison commons. There are reports of stockpiles and storage buildings getting bugged out if they are located in prison common areas, but I have not experienced this in any playthroughs (and I'm currently running 1k mods, no joke)

As a sidenote, is there any way to force prisoners to equip weapons? I want them to use tools and have a stockpile with them in it accessible but they never equip weapons. I must be treating them too nicely, my prison is more luxurious than my base in hopes of prolonging prison breaks XD

I've avoided installing it because people have been mentioning they are unable to set the area back to normal if needed, and that prison commons stays set no matter what. Have you seen this?

I have not seen this issue, no.

The Simple Slavery collars mod says that it doesn't enable the ability to enslave pawns, only that it is intended as an add on to Ideology DLC. If I don't have that DLC is this compatible?
