LAND BATTLE WHEN CONQUERING A PLANET IN GC BUG.

Hello, I am having problem with land battles when attacking planets. It seems as if the first time I win the battle I lose access to that army and only then after a second battle can I win and finally take the planet itself. Is this bug fixable? In some cases I am not even able to conquer the planet at all...
