Are Borg buged?
any planet or station after the initial unikomplex i cant build any other mineral or generator districkts

This is caused by the changes in the latest Stellaris patch. I will be able to fix it when I'm home from holiday tomorrow evening.

the same problem as above. only living space in any other colony as the borg =(

You need to specialise the smaller districts by using the zones in order to make them into mines etc.

Also that every district is housing only is normal?
A guide explaining is 3 years old so i dont know 🫣

I cannot declare war to my neightbours. Is there something i need to know? I have the conquest bonus. The Krenim declared one time a war against me, after that i cannot declare a war to anyone. I have spheres now so its a long time ago.

you need to chose an Assimilation target . then u can chose assimilation for war reason.
