No construction ships!

Hello, for some reason i can't build construction ships. Is this a bug or i have to do something else? Also the discord link is not working

What does the Discord link say for you? Seems fine to me.

What empire are you looking at?

Hello,I just had to re-install to mod to fix the problem with the construction ships!

As for the discord link, it says invalid invite.
