Delphic Expanse Sphere Count Not Going Down

As above, the amount of spheres remaining in the Delphic Expanse Crisis are not going down regardless of successful numbers. Thinking it was visual, I have continued to send fleets in to the grinder and getting reports of 2-5 down.. but not winning. Is there a command to see the count to verify if it is visual?

Just to clarify, this is with all dlc, only NC mod installed, 4.0.11 update. Tech for sphere destroyer complete. Fleets return with sphere destroyer. two fleets randomly name changed to delphic expedition fleet, but the others do not get renamed.
