Any Romulan War Events?
Im playing as the Romulans, and the 4 Federation Founders have formed the Coalition of Planets. Its about 2156, so all is set for the Romulan War as per the shows, and then i would assume the Federation founding.

Are there any events that i can use to fire such a sequence of events? Also can you have a neutral zone as per the show?

There's an event that can trigger based around the Romulan drone ship (with some cool ship-copying mechanics), but the Romulan War itself is not forced on players. There's a good chance the AI Romulans will decide to declare war on you though.

Once you have formed the Federation you can propose the establishment of a Neutral Zone via the Federation Council institution.

Sounds good. Would you know the event codes, its the mid 2160s and neither event has fired so far.

I have played many games with the United earth and have never seen the romulan drone ship event. Im interested in what circumstances it is triggered in. I understand why you don't force it on players, every game would be the same and get boring. Variety is good. Keep up the good work.

So the Drone event can happen between 8 and 40 years into the game, so long as the UFP hasn't formed yet but the UFP member races are starting to have good relations.
