How to integrate new empires into UFP.
I have formed the UFP and am now in alliance with Tellarites. I haven't seen any way to get them to join UFP. How do i doo that?

Also Andorian and Vulcan sectors are not as special members since i own their planets as well but apear in the relations tab as members under ufp

Admiral Mengsk, under the edicts tab there should be a section labelled institutions. Should be a click able button. Clicking it will bring up the institutions menu. If you've formed the UFP (sounds like you have) there should be an institution called Federation Council if I remember right. Click that then go to begin federation ascension talks. Pulling this all from memory, hope it helps.

That's it, yes. Once you have formed the Federation, any countries that you have an alliance with will be eligible to be invited in.
