AI crew dismount perfectly good vehicles for no reason
Is anyone else having an issue with the AI where they will randomly dismount perfectly good vehicles to move and fight on foot. when orderd to get back in or forced back in through zues they immediatley dismount again. This happens with mechanised units and both under AI and player control. Anyone know whats up with that cause its gotten to the point where I can't use the mods other really good feautres because of something that happens randomly.

No I don't use VCOM with LAMBS anymore but the few times i did, i noticed that this issue didn't come up. I've also tried just VCOM and just vanilla and the problem did not occur. Granted their was some jank once ai entered combat but nothing like mechanised squads just abandoning a fully functional vehicle to fight on foot.

You mean crew or passengers? If the AI can't engage enemy air targets, I notice they tend to freak out, sometimes dismount passengers and take cover, though vehicles are very spotty for me in general. They seem to get stuck a lot more, I lose more control over them, and dismounts and reinforcements seem really finicky.

The passengers usually are dismounted first to fight on foot while suffering from a mount dismount loop. Eventually the Vehicle commander will order the actual vehicle crew to dismount and then they don't remount when force put in zeus or ordered to by a player. it happens when engaging an enemy regardless if its air, armour or infantry .

I do see this happen from time to time, but not very often, I'm not sure exactly how to reproduce it, I use the DEV version of lambs and tend to just reset the squad if they start behavior like this. Perhaps you can try testing if the crew is a seperate squad, check to see if part of infantry dismounts are in a "crew" position, IE getting in an empty fire from vehicle slot or commander slot (IE the BTR-80 commander seat is empty, so infantry ordered to board it will get in there and stay in for any kind of dismount commands, infantry squad commander being in the BTR commander seat was soviet doctrine or something.) I'll probably do some testing myself eventually, but lately I haven't encountered it too much.

Same problem.
Same problem on an ALIVE campaign with VCOM activated. I disabled Lambs_danger and since that day we don't have the problem anymore

Having this issue as well, I have waypoints set so that the AI mounts a transport and the moves to a certain point. Issues is that the second the detect BLUFOR the immediatly stop their waypoints and start a cycle of dismount/mount.

According to the comments, this is a vanilla issue. I kind of agree, too. I am running no vanilla mods and for some stupid reason they like to hop out while my heli is taking off. I AM NOT USING LAMBS DURING THIS. The author recommends making the pilot the squad leader to avoid this.

I did tried with Vanilla and LAMBS with a 40% Badger in ZEUS. In LAMBS the group just bails out and goes away from the vehicles, in Vanilla it doesn't (If in player group).
Ai does not stop when command aswell, had the "Stop" commands and they just run out of buildings towards enemy and other weird stuff.
The massive battles are greatly improved with this AI but micromanagment is a pain...

Please tell me an AI mod for Arma 3 with only mild fps hits, that allows them to clear building or hide in them, mount vehicle weapons, actually obey orders, and don't do crazy stuff with helos. The only one I've found with good fps was Lambs Danger alone, but the AI disobey, hide in buildings too much that it makes it difficult for mission triggers to occur, and other issues you've mentioned.
