Add Irridentism! & Maybe more releasables?

I'd really like to see something cool happen with like a focus that releases princely states, And also one that allows us to reform the empires of old.

I am planning one more update to add more custom events and then will get started on a larger project to add princely states. This will hopefully have mechanics similar to what you described.
