Or Denmark (again with some chance and diplomacy) could ask for a referendum to the norwegians. Norway accepts into unifying their lands once again and Denmark begins to threat Sweden to giving back their age old core, Scania.
As for the Danes still having Slesvig-Holsten, Prussia never attacked Denmark in the dark days of the 1860's
I honestly have no idea how Denmark could reclaim Normandy in any reasonable way
In both ways Denmark could either be peaceful or wage war against Sweden to create Scandinavia and then the Nordic Empire.
There is however no chance that the danes can pull this off, seeing as the germans will invade anyway before Denmark can become an economical powerhouse.
If you're looking to make Denmark big / bigger (historically), add in Estonia, Blekinge aswell as Gotland for the Danes.... And maybe even England aswell
