Bug: Empty map if player doesn't have any settlements
[Discussion because I can't comment with my GOG copy]

I currently only have a caravan on the map and no settlements, and the map generation always returns an empty map. Works fine if I make a settlement.



Here's the error:

So once you make a settlement does it fix the issue and the map populates?

and sometimes i generate 2 settlements, and then they become fighting, lol
