Issue when trying to play OPFOR

How can I play OPFOR as host when playing with friends? I can't seem to figure this out. It keeps telling me how "I can't start the game up as OPFOR". Is there a way around this/or to fix it?

If you are hosting, you must be a rebel. The host cannot play PvP.
