Medieval Chestplate is similar to what conquistadors used. As for riot gear, a lot of people suggested that so I think I will have to add it.
It makes things so much easier for setting outfits for pawns and the mod author currently has to recategorize every item of clothing in every mod himself and it's probably really hard to keep up.
Unfortunately our time is limited and we are developing several new mods, it's highly unlikely I will be able to help him out on that.
Edit: it also only covers the jaw despite being a full face mask. I'd say lower the sharpness protection to that of a tuque, increase its protective zones, and increase the cost/work to make.
Edit#2: i kinda see what you did actually, make it jaw armor, maybe you could add a scarf or bandana as jaw armor or something? doesnt make a ton of sense for the balaclava. Im not sure, just my thoughts lol
