Shadowbind breaks MTF

I can not 100% say it's the Phantom's Shadowbind but it just happend for the second time now, always after it occured.

A Phantom used Shadowbind on an MTF solider, in their following turns no solider performed any action - game just paused for several seconds.

Saving and reloading fixed it for future turns.
