imo, this bow is epic.. super epic... if there is any reason it is not accepted, it may be because of the colour... equipping this bow on drow will give her a big contrast in game... although drow has a bow of different colour palette (shade of the ranger, the rainbow coloured bow,) it still doesnt give a really big difference.. i would suggest to try giving it a different colour palette or maybe even a different texturing to make is miscible with drow's default colour scheme of mostly black, dark blue,blue and a glint of white here and there.. just an opinion.. besides, 10/10 for design, idea and looks.. :D
