List of main issues I found.
Game desperately needs a no-artillery mode.
Sven from chaos cleave radius is nonexistant.
Defenders should reflect attacks back at the enemies.
When sniper attacks a unit near an allied defender the defender block animation procs(and they take damage).
Orc catapult DoT shouldn't stack.
Spell AI is garbage. (shaman stack the buff on themseves even if there are other units around, multiple times, same for debuffs)
When frost troll or tusk freeze a unit, other units should switch aggro and stop attacking that unit.
Hex isn't affected by status resistance.

Lich's Death and Decay dot does not do any damage.
AoE is broken(nonexistent) on all cleaving and splashing attacks.
Tier 3 zombie model is too small.
Lifesteal doesn't affect all melee units, for example Royal Assassin.
Royal Assassin and Assassin AI is not even close to its conterpart from WC3 version.
Divine armor seems significantly weaker than it should be.
Orc's Snake Totem poison should not affect air units.
Naga pyramid does not slow attack speed nor does it do damage.
Naga regen tower should stack.
Hydra's smallest form cannot move, while it should be able to.
Units should not keep attacking entangled enemies, if a non-entangled target is available.

Very good buglist. Agree with most part of bugs except * Orc's Snake Totem poison should not affect air units.

creep targeting priority can be improved.
war3 air units aggro towards anti air units once they enter attack range.

A lot of the special buildings don't appear to target units outside of FOW.

Those AI suggestions I can easily make, but I'm reluctant to do so, as flying units and entangle are already quite powerful. Same for defender reflecting attacks. The unit is already super good.

Orb of lighting (item - 550 gold) is not global, is it a bug or a feature?
It used to be global in WC3 CF (could cast it all over the map).

Also the frost attack of northern realm race (passive ability of some units to freeze enemy for 7sec+15dps) is not removing focus from the frozen unit.
In WC3 CF when some unit was frozen by frost attack, enemy units were changing focus to another unit.

from now on tanks dont recieve rot(organic) damage but benefit from lifesteal. lifesteal sounds like organic and benefitting from that feels nonlogical

Blood Elf's blademasters sometimes does not move after combat. E.g. They spawn, engage an enemy and sometimes just stay at the spot after winning, instead of moving towards the tower.

Naga - Tidal Guardian is not doing any damage (supposed to be 270 chaos dmg to all ground units hit by the wave).

Human - Barracks upgrade should cost 175 Gold if i remember right from wc3. But i do not know if the stats of the defender are the same already.

Undead - Vampires raise vampires when last hitting a building. Should raise vampires when last hitting non-mech units only.
Seems like the skullpie is not raising skelettons at all. Should raise skelettons in FoW, e.g. after the enemy team used RS.

picking a race at 2 secs shouldn't make the player randoms his race. Idgaf what changelog that is few patch ago, but if u aren't fixing the bug, im uninstalling this shi tty game mode.
