Pls fix bug Pirate Hat
When I bought a "blademail", a "pirate hat" and an "aghanim shard" in Spectre. I see that when enemies "die" from a "blademail" or 3 skill (aghanim shard) - The charges in the "Pirate hat" = do not accumulate.

Please fix the bug.
