A random penalty
I always can't played dawn of war after previous day play it, the ban penalty sometimes show different time duration of ban. Can anyone help whats happen?

the different time duration i mean the first time i try its 3 days, the second time i try its a week

sometimes when the game fail to start, the lobby will add a penalty to leavers.
please notice there is a red alert besides the button when you disconnect during game time.
and when it's directely a week penalty, you should just restart dota2 to fix it.
