i'm wondering why this custom game doesn't have penalty system for leaver?

dude everygame there is one leaver who always leave the game at round 1, yes you won't get leaver if you're playing with friends, or high rank, but if you play with random player there is always a leaver in the game.

i'm suggesting a penalty system for people who LEAVE BEFORE ROUND 10, at least give them -100 gold for their next game or something
