the new change of boots of travel 2 is sucks, it's basically turn any hero to tinker, and have very bad interaction with rear lane talent. for example :

i play STORM with BOOTS OF TRAVEL 2 (BoT2) + REAR LANE TALENT, my storm start to TELEPORT to the front lane and start zipping to the enemy until HE HAS 0 MANA, and he died because HE CANNOT TELEPORT TO BASE because it has 30 SECOND COOLDOWN ON BoT2, and the way you prevent this is by using refresher orb. also note tinker doesn't have to buy refresher because he have rearm, not like other that use BoT2 such as : batrider, storm, spirit breaker, etc.

my suggestion for the boots of travel 2 change (just pick one) :
- restart cooldown after the 1st teleport (from rear lane to front lane)
- brint it back to normal
- lower the cooldown to 10 second
