In this first main post I will try to give you all general information which might be usefull to know.

In the following post I will include all characters that are added by this mod.
Each of them will have an entry with a short description (one sentence maybe two) and how to obtain/recruit them.

These lords who are not faction leaders should be available for the mentioned factions from turn zero/one - so the start of a campaign - and in both campaigns.
Lords/Ladies that are faction leaders will replace the leaders for AI-controlled factions too. So you will meet them in campaign for sure.

All lords/ladies or heroes/heroines will start with the immortal skill. So they should not be get lost during a campaign play.
I set the recruitment behaviour for the AI in a way that the non-leader characters should be prioritized for new armies.
Be warned that if you confederate with one of the custom character factions before it recruited the specific lord you are not able to recruit him/her after confederation!

Speaking of skills:
all characters will have the vanilla/generic skills that are part of their category.
Since most of them are generals/commanders they will have the character-buff skills (yellow line), unit-buff skill (red line) and campaign-buff skills (blue line).
Furthermore I added about 10-15/20 skills (with item-skills and innate-skills) for each new character. These custom skills are settled around the lore information and will buff combined aspects of character, units and campaign/faction.
Please look for each character which playstyle or sort of units they support - the easiest way to do so would be to try it ingame ;) but I will leave a one-liner with buffed units.
