I have the same issue.
When I host a multiplayer game, all the joining players are missing the interface elements. When I join a hosted game, only I'm the one who can't see them.
I also get an error message: "www errror, malformed URL at []"
All the players are promoted and ping is below 30 for the whole group.
So while I'm confident the problem is not in my mod, it does leave me scratching my head as to what may be the issue at your end.
Have you tried the old classic "turning it off and on again"?
There is mod caching which can be turned off to re download all the assets, maybe something is corrupted in your cache?
Then there all sorts of router things you can look into (ports, firewall, etc), but that is beyond my ability to help.
Sorry, not much help I'm afraid.
I've just tried it on my second PC (it's behind the same router) and the mod works perfectly on that one...
I'll keep trying to solve this little mystery, but at least I have a workaround, if I want to play with friends.
Anyway, thanks for your answer. Pretty awesome mod you've created.
