M2a3a bug
Right after the guys giving CPR to the dead soldier and you round the corner and fight 2 vortigaunts and then a hivegun soldier and a few more vorts, a tank comes in from the right and you go through the doors next to it and veer right and it loads.

Right there it ♥♥♥♥♥ up big time. Super long load time, followed by 1 of 2 things, either completely walled off with no door (I watched the walkthrough I know where the door should be), or an alleyway to somehow clip outside and fall off the map. Sometimes it'll seem to load right, only to load immediately again once I move and then still no door. I've loaded way back and gone through this ♥♥♥♥ several times and NO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DOOR.

Same problem! Also i noticed that there is autosave, but i can't load it, stuck at the end of loading...
I suppose that second map load is related to mapchange trigger for previous map. I wonder if small amount of people meeting this bug, i thought this is gamebreaking in 100% case...

Also i saw infinite loading at the place where you acquire a sniper rifle, transition to the new map is also was problematic in some cases. I thought that this bug was because of me playing [public-beta] branch - switched to main version and this problem has gone, but it can be just a coincidence... Anyway bug described by you is still here

I think there is a problem with changelevel triggers placement and your positioning right after level change - it looks like correct door is at your back. Try to use NOCLIP after level change, then go a bit out of this room - and go around the changelevel trigger to opposite door - it should be at its place.
Changelevel trigger is placed roughly from the red doors to opposite wall - you can see it after sv_cheats 1 and showtriggers_toggle in console

Sorry for the issue. The trigger there is indeed very broken. It crashes the game when returning to previous map. The key here is to move forward as soon as the map changes. This happened because I rotated the next map - m2a3b, so player spawns in different position. I have already fixed that, but it took a lot of time to figure it out. It will be fixed on the next update.
