To Change the gold coin stack size please use the following in the Game INI in the [/script/shootergame.shootergamemode] section and NOT in the [RPEDDitions] Section and change the quantity to whatever you wish.

To adjust the drop amounts of the gems and gold nuggets you can use the HarvestResourceItemAmountClassMultipliers= Vanilla INI. Please see the Ark wiki for info on how to do this.
Example: HarvestResourceItemAmountClassMultipliers=(ClassName="PrimalItemResource_GoldNugget_C",Multiplier=10)
This would increase the amount of gold nuggets recieved when harvesting metal by ten times normal.
