What does the Onna want?
She is a curio and asks "Am I pretty" ... will using an item change the result of her interaction? Thanks.

I don't think anything works. It's a reference to a Japanese ghost story about this girl that had her face mutilated. She asks you if she's pretty while hiding the scars behind a mask, and no matter what you say, everything leads to a bad outcome. She gets mad if you call her ugly and cuts up your face (like hers) if you say she's pretty. The only winning move is to not talk to her in the first place.

So in that sense, making it an event with no positive outcome would be a faithful adaptation.

Giving her an Omamori of Anguish will grant you with a buff to damage as your stress increases.

What is Omamori of anguish? I only know how to get minor and major.
