Hi, @TAKEDA 🔴 SHINGEN, thanks for the mod. I'm not sure whether to put this in the pinned thread since its not a CTD.

Description:
After you capture an island and try to disembark an agent via the port, they get stuck in place. They can still be re-embarked on your ship docked to the port, but this essentially means you can't transfer agents to the island, only recruit them locally.

To Reproduce:

Disable all mods except UE.
Download and load into the save below.
