Effect idea

When taunting, the hair or the entire scout should give off an electrical aura/ Bright flash effect. Or it could just be stuck like that the whole time. Either way....

I genuinely like that idea but unfortunately I don't know how to do it. My guess is that it requires some manipulation of some particular files that cant be translated through the import tool. Essentially it would mean this item would lose its gold star status. Thanks for pitching in the idea.
