Added video. I'll admit that the pictures are not exactly flattering of the hat as it is difficult to provide a close up shot of the hat without obscuring other details of the hat so I ask of anyone who views this page to view the video. Background Information:

Although this hat appears to be based of anime/manga series Dragonball/Dragonball Z/Dragonball GT, I have actually based the design of this hat on a different character's hair from Final Fantasy VII (Zack Fair). However, to maintain the TF2 art style as well as avoid copyright issues the design of the hat was made so that it would fit both conceptual requirements. Although I do admit that the description is a quasi-Dragonball reference and that the hat was made purposely similar to various Dragonball hairstyles. This hat was made as a tribute to pretty much manga/animes as well as some JRPGs.
